Opposite the Government Press on Kothi Road, Preeti Pen Agency has been part of Vadodara’s daily rhythm for years. Office staff stop by on their way to work for a refill, parents arrive with handwritten book lists, and children press their noses to the glass case of fountain pens.
It is a neighbourhood shop in the truest sense: we know which school uses which digest, which clerk prefers a fine nib, and which grandfather still writes letters in blue-black ink.
We began with what the city needed most — textbooks and pens for students. Over time our shelves grew to hold the complete GSEB, CBSE and NCERT range, notebooks, art supplies and office stationery.
And because a good pen deserves a good home, we built a corner for writing instruments from around the world: Parker, Lamy, Cross, Pilot, Sheaffer and Waterman, alongside the Indian favourites that fill every pencil box.
